I am pretty happy with the outcome! Now, here are some comments and concerns we received in the form to reflect upon for the next attempt:
It was a really lovely initiative! I would've liked do have done more (e.g. offer more compliments) but I wasn't really feeling well :( I hope to do more next time!
Hmm, I think there could've been more interaction outside of the pairs -- a Twitter chat would go a long way to help boost that, I think. Or maybe in addition of pairs there could be little groups? For example there could be like 3 pairs in a team and there could be a cool team name? Just some thoughts. But I really really loved the experience! Thank you for organizing such a lovely activity!
Before the deadline, it'd be really helpful to get a "one more day" email reminder. Almost forgot the first one and submitted my note at the last minute.
Thank you so much for setting up this project, it's very thoughtful of you guys!
This was an awesome experience, I've always wanted to do something like this similar to a secret pen pal or otpsecretsister but I am too broke to buy gifts lol so this was nice, can't wait to do it again!
It was a lovely experience and I'd do it again!:D
Thank you so, so, so much for hosting this! I loved taking part, and if you did run it again, I would definitely take part again. I made new friends, and the compliments I received were so lovely. I'm so grateful that you hosted this, because it's been an awesome experience. Please host this again, and thank-you again!! :D
I really hope you do this again, as I think it is an extremely positive campaign that spreads blogger love!
The comment I received made me feel so good about myself. Thanks for doing this.
I love this; it was simple and brought such a smile to my face. Thank you for all the hard work! If you guys ever need help doing the compliments, I'd love to help you guys. <3

Overall, I am pleased with the experience. The first round was not without its bumps and bruises; there is room for improvement. But, I feel that the ultimate outcome was positive. I felt happy to be a part of something that brightened someone's day.
Thus, to answer many of your questions, yes, Project Serendipity is coming back-- and sooner than you might think. Valentine's Day isn't that far away, and we need to start preparing!
But as I enter the new round, I will be mindful of your feedback. Project Serendipity, round two, will consist of the complimenting program as well as two Twitter chats and at least three scheduled notifications and reminders. Watch out, because we're coming back soon, and strong!
Will you participate in the next Project Serendipity?

I really can't wait! I didn't know about Project Serendipity last time, but its such a wonderful initiative! Can't wait to spread the positivity and get to know more bloggers ^.^
